Wheaton High School

The replacement Wheaton High School and Thomas Edison High School of Technology projects were part of a multi-phase campus construction on a shared site. Oak Contracting provided CM at Risk services from preconstruction through post-construction over the 6-year, 3-phase project. The campus remained fully occupied during the construction of the new buildings and site facilities. Oak and MCPS worked together to successfully execute a complicated phasing plan for the shared campus.
