Boys and Girls Club of Washington County

The new facility for the Boys and Girls Club, located in Hagerstown, Washington County, was completed in June 2025. The 21,000 SF structure is a combination of a pre-engineered metal structure housing the center’s gymnasium and a steel frame and masonry structure for other office and community spaces. Oak Contracting provided preconstruction services prior to construction of the building. Our team was committed to working with the owner and design team to resolve constructability issues, provide cost estimates and develop an appropriate project schedule.
