Harford Community College Chesapeake Welcome Center

The new 72,000 sf Chesapeake Welcome Center at Harford Community College officially opened early 2026. Centrally located near the entrance to campus, Oak provided General Contracting services to renovate and expand the welcome center to be the new “front door” to HCC. The facility houses student services offices, a large conference center, a 400-seat state-of-the-art theater, a 2,000 SF art gallery and café, a culinary kitchen and data center serving most of the campus.
