Monocacy Elementary School

The renovation of Monocacy Elementary School was a multi-phase, partially occupied project that consisted of extensive interior renovations and complete window replacement. Detailed phasing and coordination between Oak, the design team and FCPS was needed accommodate an accelerated construction schedule. While majority of construction was consolidated into two summers in order to avoid conflict with school operations, certain tasks were required throughout the school year to maintain the project schedule.
