Berkshire Elementary School

The new Berkshire Elementary School replacement building was constructed on an occupied site while the existing building remained operational. During the construction of the new building, it was imperative for deliveries and disruptive activities to be scheduled during off hours to ensure the school day for students and staff was not negatively impacted. Oak was diligent to collaborate with the school and BCPS to develop a specific construction schedule and logistics plan that worked around school activities and allowed for continued instruction for students .
