Dave Toth started his career in construction 34 years ago, working as a Carpenter’s Helper, and has been steadily working to master his profession. In 2000, Dave joined Oak’s team as a Superintendent and continued to work his way up the ladder, becoming a Project Manager, a Senior Project Manager, and now, Owner/Vice President of Operations. Along the way, Dave has earned multiple accreditations and certifications, including becoming a LEED® Accredited Professional with the Green Building Institute and a Certified Construction Manager with the Construction Management Association of America. Aside from his responsibilities as Owner, Dave will oversee the project managers and their teams, enforcing project requirements and managing the implementation of best practices to ensure Oak continues to be a leader in the construction industry. Away from work, Dave enjoys spending his personal time with his family and friends, hunting, golfing, watching Pittsburgh sports, and traveling.
