Chris Marschhauser began his career in construction 23 years ago, working as an Engineering Intern. In 2004, Chris joined Oak’s team as an Assistant Project Manager and continued to work his way up the ladder, becoming a Project Manager, a Senior Project Manager, and now, Owner/Vice President of Operations. Along the way, Chris has earned multiple accreditations and certifications, including becoming a LEED® Accredited Professional with the Green Building Institute and a Certified Construction Manager with the Construction Management Association of America. Aside from his responsibilities as Owner, Chris will oversee the project managers and their teams, enforcing project requirements and managing the implementation of best practices to ensure Oak continues to be a leader in the construction industry. Away from work, Chris enjoys spending his personal time with his family and fishing.
